Welcome! If you are interested in any form of the quilting process and you want to meet fellow quilters, then Piecemakers Quilt Guild of Brandon is the place for you. We are a very diverse group ranging in age from early 20’s to late 70’s. We have quilters who have won awards in national shows and quilters who are planning their first projects. We have informative programs and terrific classes. Our many bee groups are another way to connect with new friends. Come join the fun. - Claudia Ingram

Pink Ribbon Challenge of 2008

A special category of quilts on display this year will showcase the creative, innovative, and wonderful designs by the Piecemakers Quilt Guild of Brandon. The Quilters had to follow a few criteria to meet the challenge:

Criteria 1: Two “pink fabrics would be provided to each participant. Entries must use both fabrics provided on the front of the quilt.

Criteria 2: Each entry must include a “pink ribbon.” The pink ribbon may be pieced, appliquéd, phototransferred, stenciled, embroidered or any other technique you choose.

The overall design of the quilt should reflect the emotion that pink ribbons have to symbolize to women.
